1. Scope of Work:

"Inspection requested for underground pipe extensions completed for the Ground Floor, First Floor, and Annex Floor as per approved shop drawings and project specifications."

2. Materials:

"All pipes, fittings, and accessories used are as per approved materials and conform to project standards. Material submittals have been verified and approved prior to installation."

3. Installation:

"Pipe routing, levels, and slopes have been executed as per IFC drawings and coordinated with structural and architectural elements."

4. Testing:

"Pressure/leak testing (if applicable) for underground piping has been successfully completed prior to backfilling, with test reports available for review."

5. Protection:

"Pipes have been wrapped/coated/protected (as required) and provided with proper bedding and surround material as per specification prior to backfilling."

6. Identification:

"Identification markers/tapes installed along the pipe routes for future traceability."

7. Verification:

"Requesting consultant inspection and verification prior to backfilling and concreting activities."
